Tungsten Copper

HOSOPM copper–tungsten materials combine high density with high hardness. Our products are used for EDM, spot welding electrodes, electrical contacts, erosion wheels for PCD tools, and heat sinks. We offer grades equivalent to Elkonite 5W3, 10W3, and 30W3 and to grades in the Sparkal and TUCO ranges. We supply CuW rods, square bars, and plates.

Tungsten Silver

HOSOPM tungsten–silver materials combine high density with high hardness. Our products are widely used for EDM, spot welding electrodes, and electrical contacts. We offer grades equivalent to Elkonite 20S, 35S, and 4050. We supply AgW rods, square bars, and plates.

Chromium Zirconium Copper

Beryllium–cobalt copper is a copper alloy containing beryllium and cobalt.

ODS Copper

Our oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) copper is strengthened by dispersed alumina (Al₂O₃) particles. This material is also referred to as DSC or ODSC. Our products are equivalent to GLIDCOP and DISCUP grades.
