Tungten Silver Process:

HOSO employs an advanced vacuum infiltration technique, known as the PSI process, to produce tungsten silver alloy. This method ensures our silver tungsten products achieve exceptionally high density and electrical conductivity. The production has the following steps: powder mixing, pressing, sintering, infiltration, and machining.

HOSO Tungsten Silver Application and Advantage:

HOSO's AgW stands out as an excellent contact material for heavy-duty switching applications. The combination of high melting temperatures and the robust strength of refractory metals confers exceptional resistance to arc erosion, welding, mechanical wear, and deformation. Additionally, the high conductivity of these metals ensures efficient electrical and thermal conduction, resulting in low contact resistance.
