Tungsten Copper Composite

HOSO has more than 10 years experience to produce the copper tungsten alloy which is registered as HOSOPM®0 series. Tungsten copper also called copper tungsten, copper tungsten alloy. We use the advanced vacuum infiltration process and all of the products fulfill the standard of GB/T8320-2003 and ASTM B702. Our copper tungsten equivalent to Elkonite 5W3,10W3,30W3, 10W53, A1WC, A10WC, A20WC, A30WC, class10, Class11, Class12, CuW75, CuW70, CuW80, tungsten copper, CuW.

Copper tungsten is the pseudo-alloy of tungsten and copper. Since tungsten melt point is 3042℃,we can not produce the copper tungsten composite by the common casting process. Thanks HOSO's advanced infiltration technology. Our CuW has very good properties. Below is our copper tungsten composite manufacturing technique and process flow.

We also provide machining service base on customer's drawing. HOSOCP is our registered brand for the machining parts. We offer the standard electrode for Miyachi, Vollmer, Walter...etc. We also supply the customize parts base on customer's drawing.
