Tungsten Copper Composite

HOSO has over 10 years of experience producing copper tungsten alloys, registered under the HOSOPM®0 series. Tungsten copper, also known as copper tungsten or copper tungsten alloy, is manufactured using an advanced vacuum infiltration process. All our products meet the standards of GB/T8320-2003 and ASTM B702. Our copper tungsten alloys are equivalent to Elkonite 5W3, 10W3, 30W3, 10W53, A1WC, A10WC, A20WC, A30WC, Class 10, Class 11, Class 12, CuW75, CuW70, CuW80, and other tungsten copper grades.

One of the benefits of copper tungsten alloy is its capability to adjust the ratio of tungsten and copper to achieve various performance characteristics. We also offer machining services based on customer drawings. HOSOCP is our registered brand for machining parts. We provide standard electrodes for Miyachi, Vollmer, Walter, and others. Additionally, we specialize in supplying customized parts tailored to customer specification

Copper tungsten heat sink. For RF, OPTO, and ROSA, TOSA  and the base plate, package substrate, heat spreader according to customer's drawing. 

PCD tools erosion disc. We supply the copper tungsten erosion rotary disc for vollmer, walter, Anka.

Electrical contact.  CuW tips join the shank by braze, friction welding, beam welding.

Seam resistance rolling welding wheel,  CuW with Fe shank EDM electrode,  and seal welding wheel for the SSEC, Miyachi benchmak and Avio.
