CuW alloy with iron shank
HOSO metal use the vacuum welding technology bonding the copper tungsten alloy with the Iron (shank material) together. It has very good bonding strength. This design can improve the EDM efficiency.
This product has two designs:
1: bonding at the flat side
2: bonding at the top side
One of this design advantage is Iron side has the magnetism which is allowed mount the block metal at the CNC and machining the precise pattern on the copper tungsten side for EDM die sink electrode.
